My name is Philip Nordin.

I’m a photographer, working across photography, film, art direction and design.

I believe there is enough noise.
I prefer clarity.

Photography begins long before the shutter is released. It begins with observation. With understanding. With knowing what to leave out.

Over time, my work has moved beyond the image itself into the spaces, objects, materials and ideas that shape it.

I’m interested in creating things with purpose. Images, environments and objects that feel considered rather than excessive. Things that can exist on their own, but also belong to a larger visual world.

Alongside my own work, I’m part of Matbyrån, where I work with photography, film and visual storytelling within food & beverage.

If you have something worth making, give me a call or drop me a message.
